Loving the demo's CD. There's a couple of songs there that could go straight to radio and be well received.

Keep up the great work and great music.

In regards to someone that asked earlier about who sang the vocals on "Alex's Song", I believe it's Randy Threet.

A great big "Thank You" to the crew (Bowe, Nicky, and Chris) and, of course, to the band for the wonderful hospitality at the Penn's Peak show. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the "Experience" and were captivated by the outstanding performance. The Demos CD provided excellent listening material for the ride home - simply stunning in musical craftsmanship. We're looking forward to seeing you all in October!

I was bowled over when you guys came to Toledo. What a show and now I'm having trouble wanting to listen to other guitar bands because you guys are running rampage over the others. I hate to say it but even the other southern bands are drooling in envy. I am a big tv western fan also and and e-mailed James Arness, the marshall from the series, Gunsmoke. I told him about you guys and how he should listen to ghostriders in the sky. I also kidded him and said,"These outlaws aren't bad guys marshall but I would check on them once in a while'.lol...Long live the Outlaws and keep being America's greatest guitar band and appreciating your devoted fans who deserve mention too.

Henry, the first track on the new Demos cd is a great tribute to Hughie. Thank you so much for it!! The last track is a classic tribute to everyone with southern pride and spirit. All in all, a brillant collection of songs. I'm playin it loud and proud!!

The Penn's Peak show was one of the finest performances I've seen from this band!!! The crowd was really into the show!!! Henry and company did a great job with the classic Outlaws and HPB tunes as well as the new numbers.I loved Hidin' Out in Tennesee!!!

The Demos are the real deal! They sound like a finished-product--all ready to go!!! It was great to see the band and get them signed! I second the vote for a live CD/DVD.

Recieved my demo cd the other day, it's been in the player ever since. What can I say about some great music Outlaws style, "Flame" great tune, heard you play it in May at Starland Ballroom in NJ. Other songs that need mention that really rock, "Tomorrow's Another Night", "Trouble Rides A Fast Horse", "Train" and "Can't Break Me".
Get in the studio and lay these tracks down with the whole band, can't wait for the new cd. Hope you get back to the NJ/NY area soon, I'm jones'in for more live Outlaws

The "Demos" CD leaves me with one question... What the hell are you waiting for? Release the CD. There's nothing more that needs to be done. I can't imagine what else you can add to the tunes except for maybe a 5 string banjo ala "Hurry Sundown" LP picking in the background in a few of the songs. This is a great CD! Release it to the public! The music, production and arrangements are terrific. Let's get it out to the public.

Got the CD yesterday. Hasn't left my player yet. Love the quality. This is such a great CD.Tomorrow's Another Night is my favorite. Especially when done live. To me that would be a great radio tune. Can't wait for you to come back to the northeast.

I think that we're all witnessing something wonderful happening right now. Henry and Co. flourishing as 'artists'. Not trying to make radio friendly songs, but true heartfelt music. I can't get 'Last Ghost Town' out of my mind. Some of the strongest songwriting in year, and some of the best guitar playing as well. The best part is that they're doing it all on their own. Completely DIY, and they are free of any industry restraints to be 'commercial'. Henry & the Gang aen't waiting around for industr approval or help, but they're out there blazing there own trail. Like true Outlaws.

My signed copy of the Demos cd arrived yesterday & I've played it 5X already. It's fantastic, vintage Outlaws. As a songwriter Henry, you are a great storyteller. The songs are crafted extremely well, and there are guitar fills & outtros (which fans love) everywhere on the cd (thx Billy Crain). "It's About Pride" is a perfect southern rock anthem, like the great "GG&HT", "Grey Ghost", and "Brothers of the Southland". Can't wait to see you guys live again real soon.

Zot,

Of course you are right, there are good bands here in the pacific northwest, you just have to dig a little deeper to find them.I will certainly check the local rags for your band - always up for a good show!
